Updates to Killing Floor have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:
Fixed exploits on KF-Bedlam, KF-BioticsLab, KF-Farm, KF-Manor, KF-Offices, and KF-Wyre
Further reduced the memory utilization in the Killing Floor Client

also the error seems to be the same across almost all weapons, only ones I havent encountered this error with are the AA12 Shotgun and the Auto Nade Launcher.

I managed to get all the perks except for medic up to level 6 in a few min of SP and I had infinite money, HP, and grenades going. Ammo doesn't work so well since you have to find the right mem address for every single gun. It's do able if you use a memory editor that lets you save locations but aside from that it would be tough.
