Troystowell, I'm in the same exact position as you bro (Seriously, just got a sweet m15 as a going away present for school :-p )
The best solution I've come up with so far is just to use Artmoney to edit basic values the old fashion way... I've been able to get it to work with Palladium and Experience values, but I haven't tried health or power yet...
EDIT 1: Another alternative; I found was something called Hellgate: Reanimator on this forum www.hellgateaus.net/forum/ but I think you have to donate or something to get :-/ oh well, nothings ever easy...

The DX-9 1.18074.70.4256 works for me, but has the game breaking habit of making certain mobs invincible (although you can gib them if your very lucky and have a rocket launcher). It happens enough to stop me playing the game!
I'm also using a Win 7 x64 bit but i run the game as DX 9. I'm don't really know much about computers so i don't know the difference between 9 and 10. But i've been trying to look for a cheat or hack but no luck so far. I use cheat engine(I know its old) to edit my $$ and my AP. Skill points don't work though.
