So I bought the game (Finally), after installation and then I run the game.... during opening credit and even in menu, screen froze for seconds or so... and then back to normal but repeats again....

I cannot even paly MP because of same prolbem but in this one, it's lot worse...

I don't think this has to do with my com specs....

Could be anything from hard drive loading pauses to graphics stutter. You could try lowering your graphics settings a little, particularly GPU-intensive options like smoke, antialiasing etc. Also, try defragmenting your hard drive. Even though it's just been installed, don't assume that the game files are all nicely put in one place on the hard drive. Take the opportunity to update your graphics drivers too, as this may be eliminate the issue. A final thing would be to check for any background programs/processes that may be running and eating into your CPU. Anti-viruses and firewalls are the usual suspects, but anything from google updater to folding-at-home type applications can cause issues like this when gaming. If you are sure that your computer exceeds the recommended specs, then i'm fairly certain that one of the above will resolve it. GL.
