Well i found this in the Config.cfg file
"bind ~ "toggleconsole"
but cant activate it o.O , so if anyone has any clues with previous game please post your method . Or does the Game shortcut has also something to do with this , like -toggleconsole extensions , or other commands

I think IW has completely disabled the console in the game code. There is the .cfg option "seta monkeytoy" which is the command to enable/disable the console, but it doesn't work. Setting it to "0" should enable it, but it doesn't. But that doesn't mean you can't use command codes. Maybe someone could make a cheat .cfg which binds keys to certain codes and a bind which re-enables the normal .cfg which lets you save space for keybinds.
