If by king's armor you mean the shiny golden one you see right after the origin story when you get at Ostagar, then that's the Chevalier color with a gold (80) materialtype.

Yes it's in the itemlist, arm_cht_mas_chv, arm_glv_mas_chv, arm_bot_mas_chv.
HOWEVER, the golden material is not meant to be used by the player, when an item is of gold the material in the brackets will be empty "Chevalier Armor ()".
You can spawn the item, but it will be iron. I posted earlier how to make anything with the material you wish. If you can't understand that much then I can't help you.
For the couple of people who asked, this does not contain any DLC including Dragon Blood Armour/Warden's Peak stuff/Shale's Crystals. DLC is stored differnetly and is either impossible or at least very hard to open with toolset, this in turn makes it very difficult to get item I.D.s.
I beg to differ, it's stored exactly like the original game files, designeritems.erf is the file with all items inside.
The only thing you can't do with the toolset is view the items to see how they look. The toolset uses stuff from it's own database to do that afaik.
