unlimited veichle health does crash

when I use unlimited veichle option and then when I finish the chapter then it crashes....

Other than that, trainer works perfectly

I dont use trainers im play normal but can you help me?

When i sellect chapter 5-4 my game deleted and im need to play all again pls help...

I think you have corrupted save files..
Either try delete and reinstall the game and if that does not work... then you have to play through it again..
