Good weapons to use against the noid commanders are long range lock on weapons such as the annihalator or spitting hydra. make sure to strafe to avoid there fire. in the graveyard part use the rift inducer if you have it. if not take cover and lay down some agents of doom and use the annihalator while strafing to take them out.. on the other side of the soundstage use the annihalator.then in the next part use a weapon that is good while strafing. outside the doorway use the flux rifle to take out any noids u can. use the hypershot and when u touch down be sure to use a long range weapion to take out the noids. i hope this helps this level took me a while to put i eventually got past it
