That's why you don't see the text boxes.

Oh. When you replied, I thought normal Lifetime members are also allowed to submit despite the description in the page seemingly limiting the option only to Lifetime PLUS members. Hmmm...

There's nothing to 'Hmmmm' about it as certain features of our service are limited to Lifetime PLUS members only.

Hahahaha. No, I was 'Hmmm'ing as in considering whether or not to upgrade to Lifetime PLUS.

Eh, why not? Consider this an investment since I might request additional trainers in the future so yeah might as well upgrade, eh?

With that done, how do I do this? I only see the submission boxes + checkbox for the 'Request an Option' but none under the 'Request a Trainer Option'. Can that be used as well to request a trainer conversion?

Furthermore, I opted for a non-recurring 1 year PLUS membership so once it expires, I revert back to my original Lifetime membership, right?

Just enter Trainer for the Steam version of the game in the text box for 'I want to request the following option', that's it.

What happens then is written in the first paragraph of the page. Mainly it's: You need to wait until your request is approved and 5 other CH members voted on your request.

And yes, once PLUS expires next year, you're back to Lifetime.

Great trainer. Quite a throwback to see the old design of these trainers too, and awesome that you guys continue to support a great game like this even after 8 years.
