Think of what games you would like to play, then figure out which console has all or most of those games. Whichever one that happens to be should be your choice.

I owned a ps2 and an original xbox. I had to make tough decision and for me xbox came on top. I find these topics rather stupid because you want to buy what you want to buy. Next thing he buys an xbox and it isn't what he was looking for and he ends up dissapointed. In the end its all about personal preference.
