I remember how it was with Prototype so... Is it possible to make an option allowing to get all upgrades from the beginning ? And a cheat or sth to get all weapons unlocked?

In prototype it was hex work right? So we can choose weapons from red wardrobe(?) in guerrilla camp... There must be some way to make all weapons available from it...
