Meh can't sleep, I slept for 4 hours yesterday and I gotta get up in 7.
hmm feels like my kidney made friends with a stone once again..hopefully not..morning will tell.

High protein diet?
No certain diet. Just eat whatever I find basically..2 times a day, normal portions. I usually get kidney stones when I don't drink water but I've been drinking lots. Hopefully it's not that as I'm not in a lot of pain at the moment. Gonna try to get some sleep or just stay in bed til I gotta get up for work. Insomnia FTL.
