Find someone who has a favourite place and a favourite gesture/gift and flirt and so forth to make them love you, then make them follow you to their favourite location and either give them their favourite gift or use their favourite expression, or both.
But if you're looking to just sleep with them then find someone single and willing, make them love you, and use the expression "come back to my place" which you can learn from the book "Come Hither Dear" and they will follow you to your house, where you can select the bed, and you'll get the rest.
