I have joined the crash syndrome too. Everything is up to date,and trainer run as Admin. Unlimited ammo seems to work fine but anything else and it is crash city

I just tried the trainer again since long time, and somehow unlimited ammo don't work.

All other options work fine, just ammo doesn't.

Trainer (Patch #4 - XLIVE 08.05.2009) does not work for me. It looks to me like a new trainer needs to be made every time there's a new XLIVE update.

I can't run the trainer with the trainer cheats either. I was just playing the game fine with the trainer (god+ammo), then once I updated MS Live (it prompted me to update) it no longer works

I do the usual of pressing F1 on main screen, once game is loaded and I'm out of my apartment I press NUM1 (god) and the game crash with an AppCrash. I re-downloaded the trainer and still no success so I conclude the trainer is no longer working with the latest version of LIVE!

Update: the latest version of Live is 3.00.0089.00 which was updated yesterday (08/19/2009). I checked this against my client/martketplace version of live (you can check this without going ingame) and it says 3.0.0086.0 under the tab Settings. I always let GFWL update itself to avoid conflicts.

I can play with unl. ammo but not with god mode. I enable unl. ammo and my amount goes right upto max without crashing, soon as I activate god the game crashes << therein lies the issue.

Yeah, I have same issue. Instant crash as soon as I activate Unlimited Health.

Somehow i still have the problem with ammo :S
Also all options work fine, except unlimited ammo.

Antivirus isn't activated, and it's running as administrator.

ok we have 3 trainers for ver. 1.0.4 and they all crash my game sence the update yesterday. before the update the trainer worked fine. and nothing has changed on my system. just an update for gta4 i have retail DVD. not steam ver.
i just tried the last trainer posted. but when i use it.game crash after a few mins in game but the options won't work like money or health. even though the trainer says on when you push the botton. nothing happens but game crash after a few mins.
i have removed GTA 4 from my comp and reinstalled just to be sure it was not messed up somehow.. but still got the same prob.
