I just finished both games: Prototype and BC and their is no comparison between the two. Both are enjoyable games in their own right. BC was fun (the flying levels) but at times very frustrating (Groeder). Prototype was also great (shifting into anyone) etc.. Overall, I rate both games very high in the playability factor!
