Luxray isn't that good. Replace it with a stronger Electric Pokemon like Electivire. Giratina, Salamence, and Palkia are weak against Dragon. Dialga and Milotic are good.

i know im being a little bit too specfic

but...

i need a pokemon that has the ability battle armour,has not too many weaknesses,can learn some powerful moves,and what moves should i make it learn(what lvl it learns it at or tm/hm number)

u did not just dis luxray!

Try to find a spiritomb. replace it with the milotic. Teach surf to palkia. Switch luxray with something like an electivire. If you'd like I'll trade you a lv.69 ditto for something. My friend code is 2364 4698 2255. Meet me at the nintendo wi-fi thing at 6:00 eastern time on saterday.

I don't see why you'd want to replace Luxray with Electivire, and Milotic is a pretty good pokemon (it's not worth it to go and get a Spiritomb to replace it).

Besides, he probably won't be able to trade with you. He hasn't been here since February.

Mamoswine picks up a super effective STAB attack on everything exept Milotic and there are plenty of pokemon with access to moves that could potentially hit hard. The base stats of the pokemon partially make up for that, but there might be a need for some consideration about countering certain pokemon including, as mentioned, Mamoswine.

Monferno (Seen a lot of these in parties. Thought it was male but it female)
Buneary (Not forever. Female)
Budew (Gonna raise to be Roseilia. Male)
Staravia (Maybe Forever. Male)
Gligar (Won't keep him for long. Male)
All my pokemon have to be male. I'm not s-e-x-i-s-t but sometimes I get females, depending on the pokemon name and look. And I don't nick-name
