I'm at the phase where you need to produce 10 tons of war machines for Al Zahir but how can i make them?

Arrr... I don't remember exactly but don't you just get the max prestige, wait until Envoys have settled in your oriental settlement and start producing? Or you can get up to that level of civilization (tribal upgrades) and make them deliver it to your doorstep first hehe.

The War Machines Workshop is available in the Noblemen buildings list. All you have to do to get to it is get a Nobleman living in your settlement and that's done by providing for the Patricians wants/needs so they advance.
