For the special attacks of many characters (chun-li for example) we have to charge using the left and right arrow then press a button , but i don't know how to charge ! could somebody help me please ?
To charge you hold the button in the first direction shown eg: Chun Li's is <-- to -->, so you hold <-- for about 2 seconds then hit -->. The first direction is the only one you need to charge for, hope it helps.

@Leader147: It means that you start out by charging (hold down <-- for 2 seconds), then quickly press in the other directions (-->, <--, -->) and the buttons used to execute the ultra timed with the last direction. charge attacks are easier to master than it sounds. A little tip for charge attacks: crouch and charge! keeps your opponent guessing if you're gonna execute a "down-up" or a "back-forward" charge attack. the crouch backwards charges both ways
i got the charge thing but in the super or ultra Attak it doesnt say that if we should do a light,medium or hard punch or kick. tell me how do we do it and we are set off.
