Perhaps its just me or my system, but when it comes time to save Mr Jackson, i can't find any water

Perhaps its just me or my system, but when it comes time to save Mr Jackson, i can't find any water buckets that i can interact with. If someone could tell me what I am doing wrong I would greatly appreciate it.

should be in front of the well there are about 4 or 5 buckets of water.

Its the reload option on the trainer.

Turn 180 degrees from the door and you should see a well, the buckets are at the bottom.
