Numpad 1: Break Match Bonus Limit - Before each match you can pick 'extras' to be used during game. Things such as cheerleaders, free rolls etc. This will break the limit of what you can pick, etc.
Numpad 2: Game Speed Toggle - press over and over to toggle: SLOW / SUPER FAST/ NORMAL
Numpad 3: Freeze Turn Timer
Numpad 4: Unlimited Team Edit Points - Gives the player the ability to upgrade their player(s) as much as they want. Go to the appropriate upgrade screen (from main menu -> customize team for example), and then spend what you want, then 'deactivate' the code. Finally, add a few more points to 'rank' up your character as normal. Then exit and it will save!
Numpad 0: Zero Team Value - This will set the player's team value to zero, thus preventing the CPU from having any extra advantage due to an otherwise value difference between the teams. This will give the player some extra pre-game cash too.

The trainer works great! Is there any way to get it to work in campaign mode though? It keeps crashing the game whenever I go to the roster screen with that cheat activated.

Works ok in Campaign mode for me. I have had one crash over two matches which meant i lost my game, but the other match went fine. On the second attempt I just used the money cheat and not the extra TDs and it worked fine so perhaps the extra TDs was the problem beforehand?
As for the freeze number of turns ... great idea, but it just spazzes out for me and I have to turn it off as nothing really happens properly. Not sure if I am doing something wrong there.
Not sure how to edit team points either. But overall the money has made the biggest difference and I am chuffed, because I am winning again, yay!
There are some quirks to option 4, best only to have it activated when in customisation screen, and then only activate it after you are in roster screen. For me activating it before entering roster screen leaves you with an empty roster
