No reload causes endless reloading if the weapon is not full, makes new enemies to be stuck reloading weapons and one of the first 3 options makes you unable to pick up buckets(used only those so it must be one of them).

Yep.. And it also makes the game crash at random. Tried without the trainer, and then it works fine.
I finished the game twice. Used god, no-reload and money options. No crashing or bugs with water buckets and etc. So thanx for great trainer Cal it was fun to play the game with it.
