I just figured out how to change the settings for reinforcements in a saved game. I can get Lots of points, how many you get, how much it cost, even change the wait time to zero. I can even switch certain vehicles. I'll be posting the video link.

But it just show what happened after his editing, but not how and what to edit...

I made the video to prove I could do it. The second post has the link. Just download the zip file, that shows you what to do. I didn't mention this in the zip file, depending on when you saved the game some of your reinforcements might not be available, this is what you do.
