Don't use any 1-hit kill cheats, otherwise it will die so very quickly. And don't use the "undetectable" cheat.
The idea of that mission is to kee the military at bay. Distract them from the hive by using yourself as the target. If you're invincible, and have all abilities, I doubt this will be a problem.
So yeah, use Invincibility and All Abilities for the mission. Ghost Reach might also be able to help.
