anyone knows what TOS VIOLATION means,i was accused to that but i dont know what it is,i didnt find TOS in my dictionary.

there is nothing as:*Do not break a page*in terms of service.
this is a bug in site.and it had no harm.and they never sad or warned that dont use ?????????? constantly.this is ridiculouse.
