The 100% Savegame maybe possible.

However....it is not possible to have a created fighter with fully maxed out stats and maxed out physicals.

I do have a heavyweight created fighter that is a boxer...his punching stats are maxed, his power is maxed and he is fully trained in the Boxer gym.

He can KO fighters with an average 5-10 punches

I think that this would be more what you would be looking for... a fully trained fighter with max stats in his choosen fighting style.

I hope that you get what your looking for.
