Got to the Prototype overview, there you go to SAVEGAMES, and there is a linking named "SUBMINT CHEATS" that's for your Savegame 2?! And for a litte savegamefile it takes only MS to upload it!
The release is after a check, I think... viruscheck and something like that.
Keep cool buddy, it take's a while until it is released, there're much more savegames uploaded by other members and of cause at other games, just relaxe ^^.
