Hi just bought and installed Sims 3 but when i try to play right at the last second of loading saying not a valid copy os sims 3 i have tried there trouble shooting steps well not sure what they mean by DLA can anyone please please help

dude i read a forum online. Try backing up your files first from

C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Electronic Arts. Make a ZIP file of The Sims 3.

Then try re-installing your game pray to god that it does the trick if not you can call EA directly. Here is the number to call:

1-650-628-1005 then press 6.
