100% weapon condition

I've got problem with 100% weapon condition. In my case it's reducing condtion to ~50% :/ Any solution??

What i mean?
It's like that:

1.You've got item (for example weapon)
2.If it's 100% condition + (trainer option) reduce it to ~50-60%
3.If it's lower condition it will be better
4.This is it!

Why would you want to reduce it to 50%?
100% gives you better damage.

dont use trainer,use cheats.health,ammo,armor&weapon Condition and many else will never drop with god mode.just type this for god mode:tgm.

I know there is cheat. I'm using cheats. I'm even making mods for fallout 3.But I just want to say there is a bug i n trainer That's all.
