im stuck in place where vikings first time attacks , and quest is build up a city wall ang gates , i buildes up wall and gates and waited about 2 hours (real time) nothing happened , title are max for lvl2 , what i need to do ?

Go explore the entire area, and you'll find there's plenty of things still to be done....

you need to make sure your city is completely surrounded by walls,if there is a gap anywhere the quest will not be completed.Good Luck
