Like the OP claims. There might be some bugs atm. Just uninstall correctly if it's bothering you. Hopefully they'll get them fixed into a "Final Ver." before street date release. So might as well start reading how these things are installed till then . Enjoy!

These seem to be traits your sims get during careers. Pyromaniac, for example, gets granted to the children of Firemen (those EAxis people can be ironic). Burglar/CanApprehendBurglar are probably Crime/Law Enforcement related. I know a criminal gets the sneak ability, which is passed on to his offspring, and Law Enforcement people get training to catch burglars.
Since the cooking career awards a super-duper refrigerator... Wonder what career Pizza Appreciation comes from?
When do you learn how to apprehend burglars? One of my guys is a Lieutenant right now, and was robbed once. All he did was fly around the room crying.
Or do you need the Brave trait for that?
