Windows 7 64bit... Steam Version... Pizzadox works for me. Make sure you are running it as admin. I did not have to adjust compatibility. Run game... When mission starts, press "C" to bring up cheat console, select your cheat options, hit "Esc", and play. Cheers!

Bump this please! I have just bought the game and remembered how fun it was to play it without any help, but now I wanna just slaughter everyone without any hassle... sadly Steam game just crash when I try the trainers in this section and i tried several others and none work.... grrrrr!
I can confirm that the Pizzadox enabler works with the latest steam version on Vista. Just make sure to start it in administrator mode, and you have to hit c a few times for the menu to come up.
All this time I was looking for working cheats, and the answer was right under my nose. I passed the pizzadox one up, because it says in the nfo that it was made for the initial version of the game. It, in fact, works with the latest patched one too.
