if you are using steam version (i doubt if there is non-steam version xD) then it's always the latest patch

Trainer 10 doesn't work for my version of Steam, and it's even updated.

Go into options, keyboard options, and choose "enable developer console" = Enabled.
AFter that, enter a game, press the ~ key and type
version
followed by an enter.
The game version will be displayed eg 1.0.0.5

There isn't a trainer for that version yet. They've been going wild with patching per. Caliber, so the CH guys are gonna wait til L4D gets their crap together.
Too much work for them to update the trainer every two weeks. lol

we're on Patch 11 if i recall, a day after patch 10 came out, with a new trainer for each -- makes me glad i have an UNL membership.....
well done Chris and Caliber on keeping up with their insane patching....
