If this is the area I think it is, then it isn't hard to get through. Only use the rope to get back up to the crank when needed. First on the left statue break the wooden boards at the base of the statue. Travel to the end of the area and to the right on a walkway you'll find a body to grab a dogtag from. Go around the walkway and kick the movable pillar down. Drag the movable pillar over to the left of the 3rd statue. Jump on the box and then up onto the platform. Break the boards to the right on the 3rd statue. Now that you've broken all the boards the statues stay in place for awhile. Now go back and turn the wheel until it stops turning. Once the statues are in place ignore the rope and move to the left and jump up onto the left statue, then to the 2nd one. Once you're up to the next platform there is a small tunnel that leads to a health boost if I remember correctly. At this point you might have to run back and redo the platforms. Now you can jump from platform to platform and get out of there.

dont know if you have or not but remember you can double jump, 1st and 2nd statue dont really need it, the wooden platform and 3rd need double jump in order to make it
yea..it hit me last night...that i completely forgot to double jump from the 2nd statue to the wooden ledge/bridge.
