To get the blue feather you need four hearts. Someday in the year you will be in the Little elf guy's house! They will give you the feather!

I am having trouble proposing! I keep showing Rock the blue feather and he has enough hearts and I've seen all the heart seens. Whenever I show the feather to him, he just says 'That makes me want to fly like a bird.' What do I do? I've been trying to marry him but he just doesn't know what the blue feather is or he just doesn't want to accept it. Can anyone help me out? Please help me! 🤔
