id like halo 3 for the PC with achievements because then someone with(most likely) make a trainer with automatic armor or something like that, because i'm too lazy to do it on the 360

i am totally lost.. with ur request.. Halo 3 will nvr come out on pc (2 much piracy going on)
Halo 3 will come out in PC eventually.. (just same as Halo 2 when first came out they said this going to be Xbox exclusive), Bunggie hasn't announced that there will be no PC version for Halo 3.
For piracy problem that you mentioned... I assume you mean Gears of War 2 that Epic Studio guys said there is no plan for PC version due to piracy concerns.
