Same here, latest GFWL updates, updated from the website not in game. I know its the trainer thats causing it, or mabey how the trainer interacts with the new GFWL updates cause I was messing around with the game for about an hour or so lastnight with it off and it worked fine, as soon as I kicked the trainer on, it crashed about 15 sec. later.
I just had a thought, dont know if this is going to make any kind of difference, but I noticed that when I was runnint 1.0.2.0 and the trainer was working, my GFWL was signing in as Offline, with 1.0.3.0 its staying Online. I tried to see if I could force it to sign in Offline again but I cant seem to find a way. Going to log off and see if that makes any kind of difference.
Just so that no one has any questions on this. I just bought the game yesterday 4/25. Installed it and then did the 1.03 upgrade. Stated the game with the trainer and it crashes after about 30 sec. Uninstalled/reinstalled the game and then patched to 1.03. no trainer works great.
I had some problems with the patch 3 after a litle that came some days ago (ore weeks) patch, don't know what the patch is called but I'll try the trainer again.

I've tried that as well, still didnt work. What I may try after I get off work is backing up my save games, un-installing GTA4 and GFWL, reinstalling and manually patching from the websites, not in game and give that a shot. Its the only thing I can think of at this point.
