where and how do you get latios and latias?
After you defeat the E4, talk to your mom in the downstairs of your house. She will ask you to tell her what color (Red or Blue) is the legendary pokemon that is supposedly roaming around Hoenn is. If you pick Red, you can catch Latias; if you pick Blue, you can catch Latios. You will find them randomly roaming about Hoenn. You might want to save your Master Ball for catching this one, otherwise it behaves like a D/P Mesprit and disappears after one move when you encounter it.
ha i think it goes like you go to the battle frontier then go to the battle tower go to the pc deposit the pokemon you want to clone exit th pc save then withdraw the pokemon go to the lady closest to you take the chalenge when it says "saving dont turn off the power" turn it off and on and tada pokemon cloned
