plz suggest last 2 moves

Lvl 80 Lapras (w/out the water absorb ability thing)
Moves:
Surf
Ice Beam
Body Slam
Hydro Pump

And I'm thinking about replacing Pikachu with Tyranitar:
Lvl 80 Tyranitar
Moves:
Earthquake
(Plz suggest other moves)
