Umm I want to know how I can get in the arcaen universtiy to enchant weapons do I have to do all mages guild stuff or can I pick pocket and when you do the doerian cheat thing for unlimited money I did and I got a lot of money and saved then I spent it all and I went back to his house to find his body and get more money but it wasn't there is there another place I can find his body and get unlimited money

I believe the newest patch fixes the unlimited money glitch. It's really easy to get money though, just get up to a level where Daedric Armor is abundant, raid a dungeon, and sell it all. Voila, 20k+ gold.
As for enchanting, you need to get all the requests from the local guild halls in the Mage's Guild to have access to the spellmaking/enchanting altars. If you have the Frostcrag Spire addon, you can buy the Magetallow Candles and have your own personal altars.

Is there a Michael in the game? The only NPC I know that's close to that is Martin, and I don't think he takes your things at any point in the game :/

I meant martin but no you do a quest for him called the dagon shrine and a dude named harrow takes your stuff

Oh yeah. If you drop all of your stuff in the lobby of Lake Arrius Caverns you can keep it all. If you didn't do any side quests or exploring up to here, it shouldn't be too big of a deal...but if you had loads of items, pickpocket them from Harrow or loot them from his body.
