Well it seems that I've already encountered a bug in the game. Say you've completed the primary objectives and you keep playing to finish the secondary objectives and decide to save the game and finish later. When you load up the save game, it will tell you that you've already completed the mission etc and the second objectives will say failed.

It would seem that it is not a bug at all. After completing the mission, secondary objectives are set to failed so they cannot be completed. It makes sense if this WAD because it prevents people from quickly completing the mission, than taking their time completing the secondary objectives.
