Yeah, although you need to register up (free). I'd suggest the unofficial patches as the first port of call. They fix a rake of bugs left in by Bestheda. Also there are a few decent aesthetical mods such as better grass tiling, improved textures, better watter effects, even a replacement high-detail textures patch (huge!) for those that want it. Another nice addon that really improves the game is a replacement audio pack. A guy composed music to replace the existing soundtrack and it fits really well, and makes a change from what gets boring, especially if you've played oblivion many times previously
