But they don't make trainers for all games and they haven't come yet and said if they will make a trainer for this one.

I also would like to see a trainer.

THe problem is thay have to play thru the opening 9 missions.
THEN thay can start looking at options to put in trainer.
So let them play to that point, uless thay request a save game (i have one if you need it).

A motivated soldier, will cover the grenade with his or her body.
There by saving the life of his or her fellow soldiers.

A unmotivated solder, will cover the grenade with one of his or her fellow soldier.
Thereby saving his or her own life.

So at all times keep your soldiers motivated.
