ATAL watches the tapes vigorously and manage to see the faint outline of a neat invisible figure moving in one of them he notice it seems to stick mostly to the shadows almost avoiding the light... ATAL switches the set off and sees and news report. Down town under attack by unknown creature.
Planb arrives down town and notices a pile of reckage ahead some guy is basically throwing some cars around at will into walls and nearby pedestrians.
Around you is a fire hydrant lots of shatter glass and a few upturned cars.
Elite He's been here for so long yet he's only made himself known once with Eliteitude...after that...not much else.

Same description as when planb arrived there.
Vegetta arrives at the park only to find it being closed off by Police. A black van can be seen nearby. Vegetta asks the police whats going on but the police refuse to talk to him.
boba The cop reluctantly accepts Boba story and turns to leave and as he does boba overhears an interesting on the Police radio
"We need backup mass destruction the downtown vacinity I agh.../radio cuts off
The Cop rub to his car drives away before boba can say another word.
