Ok guys just use the 1.12 solar trainer for entrenchment it works just fine. EDIT: It turns out that entrenchment startup exe was actually launching normal sins that why the trainer worked.
The one time I tried the 1.12 SoSE trainer on Entrenchment, it crashed the game.

remember you can still create your own cheat mods using the convertdata.exe file in the sins main directory. (As in use the exe to convert the binary data files to text then edit whatever side you use then place the data in the typical mod directory)
I did not read one single thing about a NDA, besides the beta discussion is open to non beta players so i cant see why it would be an issue. If it were all secret and not available for public discussion, it would have a big contract for you to agree to first, much more legal mumbo jumbo than the usual EULA, then your login would be linked to the beta discussion instead of just being able to jump in as a reg user.
Note: you can edit the amount of starbases in each planetary type (eg Terran, desert, volcanic, asteroid..even the unusable ones such as nebula's). Just remember the AI LOVES starbases as much as we do.
