I've had a similar issue just recently. It's not actualy a automated system ... it's more on the line of PWiz or Nev finding the time to look through the millions of e-maill and getting the time to answer to them.

Like I stated above ... being weekend and all you have to give PWiz or Nev some time to read your mail( the message you sent them ). I'm sure when thell come online they will see this post and help you out
