Honestly, i have had World of Warcraft since it was released, and it has radically changed from the rank and file mmo to the most popular and largest mmorpg that has ever existed with more than 11 million people playing in the US alone, that is about 3-4% of the population of the U.S.A. But the game is amazingly addicting and i had to quit because it was a literal time sink. Blizzard found a way to add so many things anyone could do that the next thing you do want to do is that "next quest" or "farm for that drop" honestly, i play it rarely anymore, i am keeping away from it until cataclysm, and just see what new stuff Blizzard has added to the game. Honestly when i joined WoW, there were no such things as instances and the level cap was 50. In the end, it is your choice but I would say check it out first, and dont let you become so focused on it. oh and PVP used to be incredibally fun when levels did not vary play. My brother and I were 47, i was a warrior, he a paladin. we were ambushed by a 60 rogue, and we took him down after we died about 7-8 times. (thank god for the graveyard nearby.) But i give Wow a 11 our of 10, i also give aion a 10 out of 10, they may become the new wow. and they may not, who knows. hope this answers anyones questions.

call me stupid but it gets kind of boring after 2-3 hours of play, dont get me wrong it is a great game and Blizzard make premium games but you just have to be careful not to become addicted to the game, that isn't good

its a great game if you like D&D :P

Still dont like wow no metter how much it changes because of the monthly fee. I say D&D (Books, paper, dice, etc) is the best game ever. I was a DM for 2 years lol.
