New Rules for the topic:
- Anyone can demote or promote anyone by one rank if:
a) They are above them in the rank
and
b) The person promoted is not promoted to the same rank at the person promoting them.
and
c) The person being promoted is the only person of that rank (except Private)
and
d) They have not already been promoted/demoted once already in the last month.
- You may only promote/demote one person a month
- Anyone caught posting without /--\ in their signature will be demoted either to Staff Sergeant or Private, whichever is applicable.
