Can anyone explain how to edit it.I open it with a notepad i can edit it sure but i don't know what is what.. I just set everything to 200 or higher. I would like to make a construction worker the best minion in the game.I've searched everywhere for instructions but no luck .Can someone please explain...
I just need to know wich nuber edits what..

P.S. I USE MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007 DOES THAT MAKE A DIFFRENCE

1) Open the Resource Pak folder in the main game folder;

2) Open Resource folder;

3) Then Entity Descriptions;

4) Choose and open the folder which best fits the object/thing you want to edit, for the purpose of this thread its characters;

5) Next go to Minions folder;

6) Right click on desired minion that you wish to edit. Next, select Open and then select program from list;

7) Now, this is very important, when you are choosing to open with your desired program it is imperative that you uncheck the "always use this program to open this type of file" box. If you don't do this then Evil Genius WILL NOT recognise the file;

8) Finally, it's all there health, loyalty, etc. (FOV stands for Field of Vision).

Hope this solves your problem.
