What REALLY is slowing the game down is the colony creation. There should be a completed colony to put on a planet.

I agree but I do think that maxis may include that in a patch if not just try to send them a message. I think they did'nt include it because they know there are hackers and they may be able to put full complete colonies on T0 planets if you know what i mean.
