player.addperk [PERK ID] so have the perks show in Pipboy 3000.

use
Player.addperk [perk ID]
Player.removeperk (perk ID]

to add or remove perks, see list below.

I have tested Thief Perk in this list.

Just do player.addperk 31DD6

Each time adds a level of Thief perk.

Please note , giving your self a Quest only granted perk before doing the quest , may break your game or cause coruption.

All "Survival" and "Junior Survivor" are quest perks from the Quest line "The Wasteland Survival Guide"

They should be correct since the address for the ID is always in the same location of bits from the start of the entry in the .esm file.

This is all i could find based on the Perks having a description and the other "spells", Temporary effect perks not found.

Have fun with them.

All perks apart from Quest reward given have been fully tested and mistake corrected

i wasnt too sure if the TES for oblivion would work so i did it RAW.

I have the TES for oblivion installed and i cannot change the path to open up the Fallout 3 .esm without reinstalling TES or moving files around.

I dont want to install TES again and point it to fallout 3 as it would overwrite the entry in windows add&remove programs.

Basically its easier to wait for the Fallout 3 version of TES .

TES actually stands for "The Elder Scrolls"

Tes does not refer to the construction kit, but rather to what the construction kit was made for.

Just FYI

i know TES really means "the elser scrolls" but i refer to the construction set for Morrowind and Oblision as TES because im lazy i dont mean to cause confusion.

Chris said the oblivion construction set works with the fallout 3 .esm .

my TES construction set for oblivion version 1.2 version since its up todate doesnt not work with my fallout3 .esm.

I am also unable to install the original release of the oblivion construction set without unistalling the latest version.

Anyone notice that the code for Psychos & Stimpaks are the same? Any idea on what the correct code for Stimpaks is?
