    What you do is beat him 1 time he will come back to life but when he rises get behind him and grab him (CQC) and use the syringe that Naomi gave you then there will be a cutscene
    You know what they say. Sometimes the muppet has to take the hand out of his ass so he can learn to walk on his own. Wait... what?

    Does anyone know if you kill vamp and he comes back to life would that count as a kill.
